Why have the names of the packages changed?
Office 365' became 'Microsoft 365' on the 21st of April 2020. A decision made by Microsoft. In addition to this, Microsoft changed the names of the three main packages.
Office 365 Essentials. Becomes Microsoft 365 Business Basic. Office 365 Business. Becomes Microsoft 365 Apps for Business. Office 365 Business Premium. Becomes Microsoft 365 Business Standard. There are no changes to the functionality of your packages - only the names have changed. For example, if you had an Office 365 Business package - the name would changes to Microsoft 365 Apps for Business, but the functionality of your package remains as it is.

What’s the difference between Office 2013 suites and Microsoft 365 plans?

Microsoft 365 plans can be used on PCs, Macs, and Android, iPad, and Windows tablets. Microsoft 365 plans are available as a monthly or annual subscription. It’s really easy!

How do I know if my computer can run Office?
Office supports PCs or Windows tablets running Windows 7 or higher, Macs with Mac OS X 10.6 or higher, iPads running iOS 7.0 or higher, and Android tablets running Android KitKat 4.4 or higher. Contact us for a demo.

Can people with an earlier version of Office open documents I created using Microsoft 365 or Office 2013?
Office 2007, Office 2010, Office 365, or Office 2013 users can open documents created without any additional action.

Will I have Administrative control over my Microsoft 365 suite?
Yes, your IT administrator will have a login to the management portal.

Do I keep control of my documents with an Microsoft 365 subscription?
Yes. Documents that you have created belong fully to you. You can choose to store them online on OneDrive or locally on your PC or Mac.

Great Service On Every Level
I have used Easyspace for my work website hosting and email services for the past 7 years. Great initial telephone support when I was trying to understand what I needed. I have raised a few tickets over the years, either technical issues that I dont understand or when technical faults appear. The tickets are always responded to promptly and the tech support staff never tire of explaining further if you dont quite understand all of the original answer. The latest ticket was when I was unable to email Gmail accounts. This turned out to be due to a Gmail Policy update that required some technical protocols to be added to my email account. Not only did the tech support technician explain the problem, but he also added the protocols to save my having to do so. Because this was a system-wide issue, Easyspace put the issue at the home page of the Control Panel with a link for instructions on how to add the 3 technical protocols - the instructions were simple but it was above and beyond that in my case the technician added them for me. Cant fault this company for all my web and email hosting needs. Professional and customer-focused. Well worth the money.
