TLD

  1. Log into https://www.123-reg.co.uk/secure/
  2. In the Domain names section, select the relevant domain name in the drop-down list and click on the Manage button.
  3. Click on Manage Domain Locking to unlock the domain name.
  4. Click on the link to unlock your domain name, and then click on Back to Control Panel, return to the previous menu.
  5. Click on Request Authorisation Code. This will show you your authorisation code. It will be made up of random numbers, letters and symbols.
  6. Once you have received the authorisation code, you will need to provide this EASYSPACE. We will be able to advise you on their steps to transfer the domain name to them
    The transfer process for TLD domains can take up to 7 days to complete once the transfer has been approved.

  1. Log into - https://www.123-reg.co.uk/secure/
  2. In the Domain names section, select the relevant domain name in the drop-down list and click on the Manage button.
  3. Click on the IPS Tag option.
  4. This will take you to the Change IPS Tag page. Enter EASYSPACE and then click on the Change IPS TAG Now button.

  1. Login to - https://account.1and1.co.uk/
  2. From the Domains panel, click on Manage Domains.
  3. Click the arrow icon next to the domain name in question to display an options menu.
  4. Click Transfer/Cancel Domain and Select Transfer to Another Provider from the Domain Settings section of the options menu.
  5. Click the Disable link. Take note of the Authorisation code for the domain. The authorization code is needed when initiating the transfer request with the Gaining Registrar as verification that you are the current holder of the domain. Some domains do not have Authorisation Codes assigned to them. For these domains, the Authorisation Code will not appear at the bottom of the list on the Info page.
  6. You will receive a confirmation message informing you that the process is underway.
  7. Take note of the Authorisation code for the domain. The authorisation code is needed when initiating the transfer request with EASYSPACE.

  1. Login to - https://account.1and1.co.uk/
  2. A welcome page is shown after logging in. Click the Cancellation button toward the top of the page.
  3. Select the package that contains the domain to transfer away from the list of packages.
  4. Select the option to cancel Individual domains/additional items and then click the Next button to proceed.
  5. Tick the box next to the domain that you wish to transfer away (A). Select Change of Provider from the left-hand drop-down box as the cancellation option (B). From the right most drop-down box, select As soon as possible (C). Click the Next button to continue.
  6. Enter the EASYSPACE and then click the Confirm button.
  7. A confirmation page is displayed. Double check the information and click the Confirm button to complete your changes or the click the Back button to make changes.

  1. Browse to https://www.uk2.net/domain-names/domain-transfers/move-away/
  2. Fill out the move away form until you reach the “Cyber Travel Out” Order Number.
  3. Please submit a support ticket to our Technical Support department quoting your domain name and your cyber travel out order number.

At this point that an automated email message will be sent to the administrative contact email address. This email will show your domain transfer “Auth code” or “EPP code”. Once you have received this code by email, UK2 has no further involvement with the domain transfer process. The transfer may take up to week to complete.

Once we process the cyber travel order the IPS TAG will be changed to EASYSPACE within the hour.

Heart Internet Transfer Guide

TLD

  1. Login to https://www.heartinternet.uk/login.
  2. Click Manage Domain Names.
  3. Under Manage Web Hosting Domains select the domain you wish to manage.
  4. Click Manage Now.
  5. Click the Domain Locking icon.
  6. If the status of your domain is shows as locked, click ‘Click here’ to unlock the domain.
  7. Your domain will now be unlocked and ready to transfer away.
  8. Click back to free services to return to the options.

  1. Login to https://www.heartinternet.uk/login.
  2. Click Manage Domain Names.
  3. Under Manage Web Hosting Domains select the domain you wish to manage.
  4. Click Manage Now.
  5. Click the Nominet Tag icon.
  6. On the Change Nominet Tag screen, locate the last click here and click the link.
  7. In the New Tag: field, enter EASYSPACE.
  8. Click the Change Nominet Tag button.
  9. The IPS Tag will now be updated.
  10. Click back to free services to return to the options.

GoDaddy Transfer Guide

  1. Log Into - https://sso.godaddy.com.
  2. Next to Domains, click Manage.
  3. Select the domain name you want to use, click (Settings) and select Domain Settings.
  4. Under Additional Settings, click Edit next to Domain lock.
  5. Click the button to Off.
  6. Verify that the information for the Administrator is correct. The authorization code will be sent to the administrator's email address.UK
  7. Scroll down to the Additional Settings section and click the Authorization code link.
  8. Check your email. The authorization code will be sent to the administrative contact within 24 hours.
