It’s a challenging time for all of us, and while some things are changing, we aim to keep things as close to ‘business as usual’ as humanly as possible.
We are focused on two things –
1. The health and welfare of our staff and customers
2. Ensuring that our customer’s platforms remain stable, running, and secure.
The Easyspace team are nearly all UK based, so are experiencing the same day to day issues that we all currently face, it’s unprecedented. The team are working hard to ensure that we can meet and maybe even surpass your expectations in the coming weeks and months.
We have increased the use of LIVE CHAT access within the teams, so customers have MORE access to MORE of our team, and the encyclopaedic knowledge they all hold. They are a good bunch, who are all online to try and help you get on with your day.
We also introduced a vast library of self-help guides, which will be able to deal with most issues and queries, you can find these at yoursupportservices.co.uk.
We are running several different shift patterns to cover the world-wide day, and also increasing the amount of staff dealing with your tickets and online queries. To access our support functions, please click here.
We continue to operate a reduced physical presence in our self-owned datacentres where a small number of critical staff are protected according to the latest government, public health and industry hygiene advice.
By following these rigorous procedures, we will ensure your services remain online and accessible.
