We’ve been talking about new gTLDs for some time now and we are happy to announce that anyone interested in registering new domains can express their interest via the new gTLD section on Easyspace.
We are happy to invite Trademark holders to apply for first 21 domain extensions which are available for registration in the Sunrise period.
During this brand protection phase, Trademark owners may apply for their domain names, but they must already be registered with the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH) – a centralised database where owners of a trademark can register their marks to take advantage of rights protection in all of the 1,500 + new gTLDs.
We have provided an easy signup to offer Trademark Clearinghouse services. This area is suitable for trademark owners and authorised agents or Trademark agents who wish to submit their TMCH applications online.
After the close of the Sunrise period, the new gTLD will open to the public for the Landrush and General Availability registration phases.
The release of new gTLDs provides huge opportunities for companies, brands, organisations and individuals to start-up their online presence on more targeted, diverse, personalised and more fun, dynamic domains.
