We’re getting in touch to tell you about a vulnerability discovered in the Log4J logging library on Friday 10th December 2021. The Log4j vulnerability is a zero-day vulnerability.

What do I need to do?

Domain Names, Shared Web Hosting and Email customers.

Our teams have been busy in the background, ensuring our Shared products and services are NOT affected by this vulnerability. So, rest assured that no further action is required if you have email, domain names, or shared web hosting with us.

Managed Dedicated Server Customers.

For customers with Managed Dedicated Servers – we have been in touch with you all and are working with you to identify any areas for concern and apply the patches for you – all part of the service!

Un-managed Cloud, VPS or Dedicated Server Customers.

For customers on Cloud or Virtual Private Server un UN-MANAGED Dedicated Servers, we will be in touch with you via a ticket and be here for advice and support.
