In November 2009 we launched a new and improved version of our customer Control Panel for you to test out https://controlpanel.easyspace.com. Our focus has been on improving usability, reducing number of clicks and generally making accounts and services far easier to manage.
Since the launch we have received lots of positive feedback and suggestions for improvements, thank you!
The new control panel is now ready for full launch; this means that we will have to wave farewell to our old control panel on 1st December 2010.
So, with this in mind now is your chance to make sure you are happy with the new control panel. We want to make sure it does everything you need it to do, and also want to hear your views on what you don’t think it does so well.

Using your new control panel
If there are any aspects of the new Control Panel you are unfamiliar with please view our extensive video guides. You can access these by clicking the Video Tutorial button on the left hand navigation bar or the Video Guides link on each menu.
We also want to ensure all aspects of your account are up to date, please take time to look over “Your Details” in the Account Management section to ensure they are up to date.
