Festive Period Opening Hours 2023/2024

During the festive period we will be offering full coverage for ticket & chat support.

Full details of our technical support cover is listed below. Customers with 24x7 contracts can call support on their dedicated number. All customers can raise tickets via their control panel at any point and out of of hours team will get back to you promptly.

Festive Change Freeze 2023

Things tend to wind down over the festive season, so we’re implementing our usual change freeze from the Close of business on Friday, 15th December 2023, until Monday, the 8th of January 2024.

A change freeze means we won’t make any non-critical changes on any shared infrastructure during this time. E.g. the equipment your website and email serve from.

We’ll only be able to make changes if there’s an emergency.

In the unlikely event of a service incident related to your specific service, please don’t worry; we will resolve any issues as usual.
