VPS Service Level Agreement

Our commitment to your virtual server

There is no point in having a server to enhance the quality of your web site if its Internet up-time is anything short of excellent.

Our fully redundant data centre has been established to ensure multiple redundant connections to the Internet, this makes us confident that your virtual private server will have excellent up-time.

If, in the unlikely event that our internet connectivity fails for more than one per cent of a calendar month, we will refund one day's service fee for every hour our internet connectivity is unavailable*. We will refund no more than your monthly service fee.


Support and server management

All server contracts come with telephone/email support and server management services.

Self serve Control Panel
We provide you with web based control panel software, allowing you to control all aspects of your account from a graphical interface. From Buying domains to managing DNS you can do everything from your dedicated service centre.

Plesk Control Panel**
All our server packages include full super-user or root access to your server allowing you to manage your domains, accounts, personal profile etc. If you want full server management, our Value Pack gives you the option of adding Plesk 8.2.1

Technician Support
All servers come with standard business support Monday to Friday, 9 'til 5.30. You can talk to our staff via the telephone or use our HelpDesk ticketing system. We also provide advanced support options, contact our sales team to discuss the options.

24/7 Server Health Monitoring
All servers come with standard 24/7 network availability monitoring. If your server stops responding to our monitoring requests we will investigate and contact you. The standard service also includes security patching where appropriate.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Our aim is to provide an uptime internet connectivity guarantee of 99.99% uptime for your server. If our connectivity fails to meet the 99.99% uptime guarantee then you will be eligible to claim a refund of one day’s service fee for every hour that our internet connectivity is unavailable. Please note that scheduled downtime and maintenance periods are not covered and any compensation will be limited to the total fees that you have paid in any one month. We will not refund more than your monthly service fee for any period of downtime. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Guaranteed engineer availability 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. You benefit from instant access to an extensive range of skills with a thorough understanding of server management. Our qualified technicians are available 9-6pm Monday to Friday at rate of £60 per half hour.


Please note: If we can't fulfill this service level agreement, any compensation will be limited to the total fees that you have prepaid, excluding setup fees..
