When you sign up our system will ensure that it checks which BT backend connection is required. You must have the same connection to enable broadband migration.
It takes 15-20 days to move your connection, in which time you can continue to use your broadband as usual. On the day of migration, we'll move you to Easyspace Broadband in around an hour. Don't worry, we will assist you with the move!
If you have any questions about moving to Easyspace just give us a call on 0870 755 5088 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Please note: we cannot migrate you directly from services that don't use the BT ADSL network.
Check your provider will let you move, and then request a MAC key and your supplier's full company name.
Match your current service with a compatible Easyspace service.
Continue to use broadband while your service is moved to Easyspace
Please note: Your MAC (Migration Authorisation Code) key is only valid for 10 days after it is issued. If you leave it too late, you will have to obtain another MAC key from your current supplier.
