Our fully redundant network architecture means we can provide you with 100% Network & Power Uptime SLA as standard. If, in the unlikely event that our internet connectivity or Power fails, we will refund one day's service fee for every hour our internet connectivity is unavailable.
You will have access to Systems Support Team 24/7 via web and email -telephone support is available for Standard and Adavanced SLA customers 24hrs a day 7 days a week - 365 days a year.
To ensure that each server has power and network connectivity, we ping each dedicated server every 5 minutes. If we see a problem on the server we will alert you.. We offer both proactive and reactive levels of contact with our SLA.
With standard stock Servers, our hardware reliability is second to none. However, if a hardware component fails we will attempt to fix or replace your server as soon as possible. We are able to replace any backed up server within 12 hours of notification of the fault as part of your standard service, but with our advanced package this time can be reduced to 30mins depending on the item!
Customers who opt for the Advanced support package can also benefit from a faster disk replacment time - from 1hr to 30 mins and a promise that all tickets will be answered within 1 hour.
Where the failure is not disk related, we can also offer a chassis replacement service. We build an identical chassis to yours then simply place your drive/drives into this new chassis with an appropriate RAID configuration saving you the hard work of restoring services.
