Remote Hands

When you implement colocation services from Easyspace we provide you with access to our “Remote Hands” management and support team to assist you in managing your devices. The Remote hands solution gives you the opportunity to utilise our full technical team to ensure that you can maintain your infrastructure when required from your home base. We also know there are times when things can go wrong and you may require our services at a moments notice. As such we provide 2 levels of service:

Planned

Intended for maintenance purposes you can schedule times in the month when you require maintenance to your infrastructure. We will provide a qualified technician who will be your “on site hands”. You will provide a Service Request which if required will be costed to provide you with a budget expenditure and implementation time frame. Once accepted you will be assigned a technician who will work with you following your explicit instructions to carry out the pre defined requirements. This service can include basic support and maintenance, or more complex trouble shooting requirements.

You might consider using our Fully Managed Solutions option if you intend to do regular maintenance.

Emergency

Technology is never perfect and emergencies can happen. Our Emergency Remote Hands team are there for you to call upon should an emergency arise. We can dispatch a techncian to your racks or suite 24 hours a day with up to 2 hours notice. They will be your “on site hands” and will carry out any fixes or equipment maintenance that you require. Once again consider our Fully Managed Solutions option that can provide you with a cost effective annual contract to provide you with even further peace of mind.
